County Relations/Planning & Design Review/State & National Parks (Michael Mery): I won't be here for the IA meeting, so here's a report. 

I heard from Ismael re the fence at the G. Hinde (or what ever we call it).  His cost would be $1800 for all the posts, and roughly 1/2 of the rails, all labor, posts of ground contact PT 4x4, using pea gravel, not concrete. better solution. More than fair price.  Richard and I won't have the fencing available until June since I'll be gone and we have only done 1/2 of the demolition work thus far.

 

The Highland project is in the works and there have been letters written to the planner asking for clarification.  Britt and Susie Stitt's application is in and the Holton family is involved in providing comment. they are the only neighbor with any impact arising from the addition.  No other major items from the County.
